History
Cosyde has been serving the international banking customers since 1974, and was founded by Howard Radin and Donald Purgess, both M.I.T. graduates. The Bankpak system was designed according to the specifications of a large European bank, and has been installed in many countries around the world. .
Implementation
Cosyde personnel have decades of international banking experience, as well as extensive product knowledge. They work side-by-side to ensure a well-planned and managed installation. Cosyde's project scheduling and management expertise facilitates the set up of Bankpak at new banks, as well as banks converting from an existing system to Bankpak.
Technical Support
Cosyde provides technical support 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Support is done via a secure internet connection, modem (IBM Passthru) and telephone. Onsite support is also available
